There were in our opinions some fantastic producers who took time to showcase and sample but they were let down by many of the offerings we saw. When you consider many markets are free to attend and will have stalls sampling it puts things into perspective. Roll on Lincoln Christmas Market- now that's free and usually features some great sampling opportunities.
